The Start
In the beginning…
The royals of Kolhapur lived a lifestyle deeply rooted in nature and tradition — a way of life that inspires the Royal Camping Club to this day. We’ve built a community of properties, travelers, and culture around this ethos. Our journey is about offering nature lovers serene locations to unwind, reconnect, and feel one with their surroundings.

The reason why…
Forest Trails began with a deep understanding of “Experiential Tourism” and how these experiences transcend from the body to the mind and alas your soul. Anchored in the jungle of Mathgaon, and in the embrace of the Sahyadri mountain range this jungle resort near Pune sits comfortably in the Western Ghats. Forest Trails celebrates the story of nature and speaks the language of the jungle.
The serene mornings, the immersive sunset experiences, the cozy bonfire sit-around, and the adventurous jungle safari, all feature the Royal Lifestyle in nature’s lap.
We promise to leave you with an experience that touches your heart and soul, through nature and its divinity.

- We take only pre-bookings (Min 2 days prior to the date of your travel).

- We serve authentic local cuisine also, we have our own organic vegetable garden.
- Veg and Non-Veg meals are cooked in different utensils
- Barbeque will be served only for an hour.
- The duration of the trek may vary according to the group requirements.
- Only 5 people are allowed in one safari.
- Music will be allowed only till 10.00PM.
